Through this scheme, a person with locomotor disability who purchase and use scooter with own fund, will be given Rs.15000/- or the actual bill amount, which will be lesser
Beneficiaries: – Persons with Disabilities affected by locomotor disabilities with 40% -100% and the persons who are employed in government sectors are not eligible to apply.
- Duly filled application form in the prescribed format
- Original bill for purchase of scooter
- Original bill for side-wheel attachment from the firm
- Copy of RC book & copy of license or learners license
- photo of applicant sitting on the scooter so as to view the number plate of the vehicle
Note:- Application shall be invited only as per the fund availability and within a specific time period which will be published in website and other media
