This scheme aims to enable the Persons with disabilities to be self reliant. As per the rule, five or more persons with disabilities can form a self help group (SHG) and start small scale enterprises as a source of earning.
Applicants:- shall be the members of registered Self Help Groups (SHGs) under government firms , for examples Local Self Governments, Kudmbasree etc
Criteria :-
- There shall be at least 5 persons with disabilities in SHGs
- The maximum amount of one time financial assistance shall be Rs.20000/-
- SHGs shall be legally registered as described above
Note:- Application will be invited only as per the fund availability in a specific period of time and it will be notified in website and social media
