Through this scheme, various types of assistive devices, to reduce the physical risk of the Persons with disability, are freely distributed to PwDs
Ordinary wheelchairs, crèches, hearing aids, artificial limbs, high tech limbs and other 120 tyeps of assistive devices
Beneficiaries:- Persons with Disabilities who acquires the medial board certificate with 40-100% of disabilities
When to apply :- Throughout the year
Qualifying criteria:-
- The devices will be allotted only towards the disabilities that person is affected by
- Once in three years only the applicant can apply for the devices and for the children below 12 years will have exemption in the time duration as mentioned above
- Duly filled application form of KSHWPC in the prescribed format
- Copy of medical board certificate of 40% -100%
- Copy of ration card
