Oppam scheme is aimed to rehabilitate the elderly persons above the age of 50 years with disabilities who are destitute poor, and elderly abandoned PwDs.

Criteria
- Elderly Persons with Disabilities who are above 50 years
- Elderly Persons with Disabilities who are destitute poor and abandoned
- Applicant shall not be bed ridden
- Application shall be prepared in white paper with the recommendation letter of President LSGD/MLA/MP
- Witnessing certificate of medical officer that PwD Applicant in not bedridden
- Copy of Medical Board Certificate
